Our bodies, minds and hearts are composed mostly of water; no wonder why we have a natural draw to the water. 

Just a few hours a week on or near the water can make us feel happier and improve our overall well being. 

We consulted with marine biologist and author of Blue Mind, Dr. Wallace J. Nichols, who has conducted years of research showing how being on or near water can help reduce stress and anxiety and make you happier and healthier.
