  1. What is the cancellation policy?
    1. If you made a private booking and want to cancel, please email us. To receive a full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 7 days prior to your scheduled date. A 50% refund will be issued for cancelations made less than 7 days prior to your scheduled date. No refund will be issued if canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled date.
  2. How do I reschedule my private booking?
    1. To reschedule your booking, go to your booking confirmation email and click reschedule.
  3. What are your hours of operation?
    1. Blue Space is open 7 days a week from 8:00 am to midnight.
  4. What is the square footage of the space?
    1. The usable square footage is roughly 360 square feet.
  5. What is the maximum capacity of people at Blue Space?
    1. Blue Space allows for a maximum of 10 people per booking.
  6. How much does it cost to rent Blue Space?
    1. Blue Space costs $75 per hour to rent. You can make a booking right on our website by clicking the BOOK NOW button at the top of any page. Bookings start at a minimum of 2 hours. If you’d like to book more than 4 hours, please send us a special request at info@bluespace.co.
  7. Is Blue Space a boat? Does it move? Can I pay to move it?
    1. Blue Space is not a boat. It does not have a motor and does not move from the marina.
  8. What can I book Blue Space for?
    1. Anything! Our guests have booked Blue Space for small gatherings, date nights, wellness activities, personal relaxation, proposals, and special events.
  9. Is Blue Space indoors or outdoors?
    1. Blue Space has 3 sliding glass doors that can make the space completely outdoors if you’d like. If you prefer to keep the doors closed and use the interior space, that’s fine too! Blue Space has a 12×10 deck that is completely outdoors.
  10. Does Blue Space have air-conditioning?
    1. Yes, you may use the a/c if you’d like.
  11. Is Blue Space wheelchair accessible?
    1. Not yet, however, we are working on a ramp option.
  12. Does Blue Space come with any furniture?
    1. Blue Space comes with a foldable table and 4 chairs for your use. The table is Width: 34 ½ “, Height: 3 ¼”, Length: 40 ¼”, and Weight 23 lb 2 oz. The space also comes with 4 big comfy floor pillows.
  13. Can I bring my own furniture?
    1. Yes, feel free to bring any furniture or additional items you’d like.
  14. Can I bring my own food and drinks?
    1. Yes, feel free to bring any food and/or refreshments that you’d like.
  15. Can I cook at Blue Space?
    1. No, Blue Space does not have any cooking capabilities.
  16. Can I book Blue Space overnight?
    1. No, the latest you may book Blue Space is until midnight.
  17. Is there free WiFi at Blue Space?
    1. Yes, Blue Space has free high-speed WiFi for guests only.
  18. I’m at Blue Space now, can I extend my booking?
    1. If you’d like to extend your stay, email us right away at info@bluespace.co and we will get back to you with an answer as soon as we receive it.
  19. I’m here but I can’t find Blue Space? Where do I go?
    1. When you make a booking, you will receive an email from us with detailed instructions on how to access the marina and Blue Space. Please find that email and read the instructions to find us.
  20. How much does Blue Space move while docked?
    1. The space’s movement depends on the tide and activity of other boats driving by. Movement is never too extreme and it’s all a part of the experience of being on the water!
  21. Can I access Blue Space before my booking start time?
    1. For security purposes, you may NOT access the space before your booking start time. If you need to to set up the space with decorations, we recommend that you book an additional hour before or after your booking. Reach out to us if you’ve already made a booking and want to add more time.
  22. Is smoking allowed on the outside portion of the space?
    1. No smoking is allowed anywhere on Blue Space.
  23. I’m bringing items and small furniture to set up for my event. Where do I unload them?
    1. If you have any furniture or items that you need to unload from your vehicle, you may temporarily park next door at 518 West Ave to unload. Please make sure to tell the parking attendant that you are unloading for the marina.
