  1. What is the cancellation policy?
    1. If you made a private booking and want to cancel, please email us. To receive a full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 7 days prior to your scheduled date. A 50% refund will be issued for cancelations made less than 7 days prior to your scheduled date. No refund will be issued if canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled date.
  2. How can I reschedule my booking?
    1. To reschedule your booking, go to your booking confirmation email and click reschedule.
  3. What are your hours of operation?
    1. Blue Spaces are open 7 days a week from 8:00 am to midnight.
  4. What is the maximum capacity of people on a Blue Space?
    1. Every space has different capacity and is listed on our booking page.
  5. How much does it cost to rent a Blue Space?
    1. Blue Spaces cost $90 per hour.
  6. Do Blue Spaces move from the marina? Can I pay to move it?
    1. Blue Spaces DO NOT move from the marina. You may not pay to move them.
  7. What can I book a Blue Space for?
    1. Anything! Our guests have had date nights, proposals, special events, and more!
  8. Are Blue Spaces indoors or outdoors?
    1. Blue Space guests may only access the outdoor areas of the spaces.
  9. Are Blue Spaces wheelchair accessible?
    1. Some spaces may have ramp options, but please ask us before making a booking to ensure we can accommodate you.
  10. Do Blue Spaces come with any furniture?
    1. Some Blue Spaces have couches and tables and lounge areas. Be sure to check the images of the space before making a booking.
  11. Can I bring my own furniture?
    1. Yes, you may bring small items such as picnic tables and pillows.
  12. Can I bring my own food and drinks?
    1. Yes, feel free to bring any food and/or refreshments that you’d like.
  13. Can I cook at Blue Space?
    1. No, Blue Spaces do not have any cooking capabilities.
  14. Can I book Blue Space overnight?
    1. No, all spaces close at midnight.
  15. I’m at Blue Space now, can I extend my booking?
    1. If you’d like to extend your stay, email us right away at info@bluespace.co and we will get back to you with an answer as soon as we receive it.
  16. I’m here but I can’t find Blue Space? Where do I go?
    1. When you make a booking, you will receive a confirmation email from us with detailed instructions on how to access the marina and your Blue Space. Please find that email and read the instructions to find your space.
  17. How much does a Blue Space move while docked?
    1. The space’s movement depends on the tide and activity of other boats driving by. Movement is never too extreme and it’s all a part of the experience of being on the water!
  18. Can I access Blue Space before my booking start time?
    1. For security purposes, you may NOT access the space before your booking begins. If you need to set up with decorations, you must book additional time. Reach out to us if you’ve already made a booking and need to add more time.
  19. Is smoking allowed on a Blue Space?
    1. No smoking is not allowed anywhere.
